About Us

MOSAIC Center for Therapy Services specializes in providing evidence-based, cutting-edge physical, occupational and speech/language therapy, social/thinking groups, and educational and behavioral consulting for children, adolescents and adults.

Our goal is to help the individuals we serve to reach their full functional potential. In order to meet these goals, our team of experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and educational consultants perform specialized evaluations and develop treatment plans that meet each individuals unique needs. Our therapy programs are family-centered with family members, caregivers and support staff involved with goal setting and treatment.

We strive to provide comprehensive, collaborative, and quality therapy services for a variety of disorders and needs.

MOSAIC Center for Therapy Services serves individuals in need of therapy due to congenital disability, developmental delay, trauma, disease, surgery or acquired neurological conditions.

Our Seattle clinic was opened in the fall of 2010. We are conveniently located across from the University Village above the Seattle Children's Autism Clinic. Included in our almost 5000sq. feet of space are a gross motor gym, fine motor and sensory, alternative & augmentative communication, social skills/thinking group rooms, kitchen and a pre-school classroom as well as several private treatment areas.
