I love the world of massage because it's a progressive and dynamic field. Massage is proving again and again to have profound effects physically and emotionally for a lot of people and I love being a-part of that. My goal is to help educate my clients on the way their body's work so they have the awareness they need to participate in their recovery.

Professional Interests
- Meeting and learning from other therapists and "injury recovery facilitators".
- Gaining effective tools that help me grow as a therapist.
- Helping people distress and regain balance using therapeutic/deep tissue massage, myo-fascial release and other passive and active stretching techniques.
Beyond Work
I love exploring new places, design ideas, food/wine. Ready Made magazine and HGTV, where have you been all my life?? During the week you'll find me doing massage, out for a run on lake Washington/working out at Cappy's boxing gym. On the weekend you'll find me hosting friends where I put my design/recipes to the test, track side at a Rat City Roller Girl bout, or catching up on my stack of Netflix.
